QNB QNB BECOMES 1ST ME BANK TO LAUNCH SELFSERV 62 ATM FROM NCR QNB Group, one of the largest finan- cial institutions in Middle East and Africa, took a groundbreaking step towards innovative technological so- lutions by being the first bank in the region to implement NCR SelfServ 62 ATM successfully. With the latest technologies such as palm authentication, cash recycling and deposits, this move further ele- vates the Bank’s capabilities of its Self Service machines and enhances user experience. QNB collaborated with NCR, the global leader in transformation tech- nologies, to be the first bank in the region to avail NCR’s latest SelfServ 62 machines, which QNB presented during Qatar’s Smart City 2022 exhi- bition. The new ATM machines were de- signed creatively to offer a dynamic and seamless customer experience giving the users the flexibility to de- posit higher amounts of notes in a single transaction. The SelfServ 62 machines also allow a better availability of the unit due to its extended capacity without having any effect on the current footprint of the machines. NCR’s SelfServ 62 machines are de- veloped with enhanced hardware and software security features and improvements to ensure the highest standards of protection to all cus- tomers.
