Saudi's ANB Saudi's ANB RENEWS PARTNERSHIP with Microsoft Arabia Arab National Bank (ANB) has re- newed its partnership agreement with Microsoft Arabia to boost the bank's digital transformation and technical development process, ac- cording to a press release. The cooperation deal aims to mainly support the field of interactive report- ing, endorse remote work system, enable bank employees to use smart applications, besides using technical tools to raise their operational effi- ciency and stimulate their job per- formance. ANB and Microsoft Arabia’s bilateral agreement has increased the effi- ciency of the bank’s digital opera- tions to approximately 50% following a 30% growth in the finan- cial institution’s performance rate. The partnership with Microsoft Ara- bia will work on “enriching the cus- tomer experience, improving the quality and level of banking services and solutions provided to them, and meeting their growing needs at any time and place effectively and flexi- bly," said COO of ANB, Ayed Al Zahrani. Last month, the listed bank signed a contract worth SAR 27 million with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Com- pany to provide insurance coverage on the auto leasing financing pro- gramme.
