Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait ADDS NEW FEATURE TO APP BBK announced it is adding a new feature to the BBKPLUS app allow new and existing customers to apply for a consumer loan through the app. The bank said the quick and secure application process uses the latest technologies such as ID and identity verification, customer screening and document verification all of which are required to apply for a loan at a branch. Moreover, it allows customers to re- quest for a top up on their existing loans where customers will only be required to submit a few documents via the app and transfer their existing loans from other banks to BBK. As a part of the launch, the bank is offering a special interest rate for the first 100 loan applicants through the app. Eligible applicants will also be en- tered into a raffle draw to win 10 monthly cash prizes worth BD300 each if they apply for a loan during July, August and September.
