This ecosystem not only addresses domestic challenges in healthcare, agriculture, education, and infrastructure but also creates ex- portable solutions tailored to the Ara- bic-speaking world. By combining global innovation with local adapta- tion, Egypt can establish itself as the go-to center for Arabic AI technolo- gies, smart city solutions, and ethical AI frameworks.
