Remote Revolution INTRODUCTION The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a significant change in the way people work, with many companies shifting to remote and hy- brid working models. While remote working has been around for a while, the pandemic has accelerated its adoption, and it has become a widely accepted way of working in many countries. In this report, we will explore the advantages and dis- advantages of remote and hybrid working, and examine the regula- tions and legislations that need to be in place to sustain it. We will also discuss the remote working trend in Arab countries and the banking sec- tor, and conclude with a forecast for the future and five recommenda- tions.
