Jordan Ahli Bank has launched its new artificial intelligence (AI) system ‘ahliGPT’, becoming the first bank in the Middle East to embrace AI in its customer service. The pioneering step reflects the bank's vision to integrate AI into its operations and improve the quality of services. ‘ahliGPT’ provides customers the op- portunity to get quick and accurate answers to their queries as well as problems related to banking and fi- nancial services, saving time and ef- fort for both bank clients and employees. ENHANCING SERVICES The move is part of Jordan Ahli Bank’s continued efforts to enhance its operations leveraging new tech- nologies, as it seeks to improve the experience of its customers by adopt- ing the latest innovations. Additionally, the bank is working to improve the privacy of customers by implementing the latest security stan- dards in the use of AI technologies that will guarantee the protection of customer information and transac- tion details.
