Miss Amal Waddan A Prominent Leader IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE FIELD Miss Amal Waddan With more than 20 years of experi- ence under her belt in the field of Human Resources in one of the lead- ing Libyan and Arab financial institu- tions, Miss Amal Waddan is a living success story example of an Arab Woman who paved her way to be- coming a role model in her field. In the Human Resources profession, and specifically in the Arab banking and financial institutions arena, Miss Amal Waddan is a prominent figure, a reference and an influential person- ality. Starting from Jumhouria Bank, the institution she has been serving since 1998, and played a crucial role in developing its employees, to her country Libya where she is regarded as one of the leading experts in the Human Resourcing, to the Arab re- gion where Miss Waddan holds the position of Head of the Human Re- sources Managers Group at the World Union of Arab Bankers (WUAB). Over the past few years as of WUAB’s Head of the Human Re- sources Managers Group, Miss Wad- dan played an important role in strengthening the Human Resources profession in the Arab World as she worked hard with the World Union to organize seminars highlighting the latest updates, tactics and tools which helped participants gain valu- able HR skills.
